Non-personalised items

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return postage.

As personalised products are created especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we have made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked, where a return is required.

Please check all names, dates, spellings and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order, as we create your item using the information you provide.

Processing time:

Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for personalised or handmade items to be prepared. If an item can be dispatched sooner, we’ll always do our best.

UK Delivery:

Standard delivery is usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

Shipping costs:

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Personalised orders:

Please double-check all names, dates and personalisation details before placing your order. Production may begin shortly after your order is received.

Tracking:
